Upon completion of your pre-registration, we can issue a VISA application letter for you to facilitate your VISA application.

If you decide to apply for business visa, following process is available for you to apply invitation letter:

Step 1. Enter the invitation application system via link:

Step 2. Please read the instructions carefully and fill in the information from Step 1 to Step3.

Upload the required documents and click submit.

Step 3. Waiting for the project team to check and issue the invitation letter.

Step 4. Accept or Reject result will be sent to you via your E-mail in 3-5 working days.

If you have filled in the content, we will proceed with further approval, and the review result will be sent to you by email.
