Asia’s most influential hardware trade show fully booked, major Chinese representation expected to benefit international buyers

From September 28 to 30, 2010, the China International Hardware Show (CIHS) will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The event will provide a business and networking platform for TOOLS, DIY AND BUILDING HARDWARE, and SECURITY SYSTEMS, LOCKS AND FITTINGS manufacturers, wholesalers, dealers and retailers.

Asia’s largest hardware trade show has been fully sold out since April this year. To date, there are close to 2,100 confirmed exhibitors who will occupy more than 100,000sqm of floor space.

Over a period of three days, buyers will be able to source from established local Chinese manufacturers as well as a substantial number of emerging new producers. They will be joined by key foreign suppliers from Germany, Spain, Turkey, US, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Ireland, India, UK, Mexico, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong who will also present their products at the event.

Trade visitors from all over the world are expected to converge at CIHS to gather information about the innovations and trends, while also placing orders for the coming year and establishing new business contacts.
